Clinical Research Coordinator
Manage day-to-day study activities, coordinate participant visits, collect and enter data, and ensure protocol compliance across assigned studies.
Bilingual Patient Recruiter
Conduct outreach to potential study participants in English and Spanish, screen candidates for eligibility, and support enrollment goals.
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Prepare and submit regulatory documents, maintain study files in compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines, and liaise with sponsors and IRBs.
Medical Assistant
Assist physicians and coordinators with participant assessments, vital signs, specimen collection, and clinical procedures during study visits.
Data Entry Specialist
Accurately enter and verify clinical trial data into electronic data capture systems, resolve data queries, and maintain data integrity standards.
Site Operations Manager
Oversee daily site operations, manage staff scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor monitors.
